Road noise was a significant issue, making it hard to relax!!! Limited hot water in the mornings definitely needs addressing. Some rooms seem smaller than expected and lack modern decor!!!

what an absolute letdown. the room had an ancient mattress my wife complained about. The staff was indifferent, barely welcoming us. I’m shocked there were no complimentary refreshments in the room. a basic kettle would have been nice. i almost wrote a glowing review, but you know…not like i received any special treatment.
